OVERVIEW: Collaborated as a core member of the production support team for Facebook’s 3-day IRL activation at Stagecoach, ensuring seamless on-site operations and attendee engagement. Responsibilities included:

  • Facilitated interactive stations designed to enhance attendee experience and brand connection.

  • Oversaw camera registration and distribution, enabling attendees to receive digital scans of their developed film.

  • Managed a branded water refill station that tracked plastic saved while distributing reusable water bottles.

  • Guided participants through a DIY beading station where they created personalized keychains.

  • Provided crowd management and support during talent appearances and meet-and-greet sessions.
