OVERVIEW: Supported the production and guest experience team for the adidas x Tyshawn Jones private showroom—a one-day, invite-only activation celebrating the launch of the pro skateboarder’s latest collection. Designed as a high-touch, VIP experience, the showroom brought together key industry guests, media, and friends of the brand. Responsibilities included:
Guest Experience Execution: Helped deliver a seamless, personalized environment through intentional guest flow, one-on-one product interactions, and curated brand storytelling that reflected the collaborative vision of adidas and Tyshawn Jones.
Showroom Operations: Assisted with product styling, space readiness, and brand presentation to ensure a premium experience from the moment guests arrived through their final touchpoint.
On-site Experience Team: Engaged directly with VIP guests, supported guided walkthroughs, and provided real-time assistance to both the brand and production teams to maintain elevated service and hospitality standards.
Collaborative Production Support: Partnered with event leads to execute on-the-ground logistics, adapt to evolving client needs, and uphold the creative integrity of the activation in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
